Remember that logs are exponents
The left side is saying that the right side is a log
which is an exponent, so {{{x}}} is a log.
The base is assumed to be {{{10}}}.
So far you have {{{10^x}}}. This is equal to 
whatever is in the parentheses, or {{{10}}}.
So you have {{{10^x = 10}}}.
So, {{{x}}} must be {{{1}}}
{{{ 20* log(10) = 20*1}}}
{{{20*1 = 20}}}
