 I'm stuck on how to find the length of the base for a trapezoid. 
I have the formula ms=(1/2)h(b1+b2) 
I plugged in 19 for ms, and 13 for b1 because thats whats given and i just 
cannot figure it out.

Solve 19 = (1/2)h(13+b2)
---
38/h = 13+b2
-----
b2 = (38/h)-13
