Find an equation for the line with y-intercept 3 that is perpendicular to the line y=2/3(actaully the fraction two-thirds)x-4.
SLOPE OF GIVEN LINE =2/3
SLOPE OF ITS PERPENDICULAR =-3/2
HENCE EQN.IS
