Question 408062
{{{(xy)/root(3, z)}}}
Part of simplifying radical expressions is to eliminate any radicals in denominators. So our task is to eliminate the radical in the denominator.<br>
The denominator is a single term so eliminating it is fairly simple. We just multiply the numerator and denominator by whatever it takes to turn the denominator into the cube root of a perfect cube:
{{{((xy)/root(3, z))(root(3, z^2)/root(3, z^2))}}}
which simplifies as follows:
{{{(xy*root(3, z^2))/root(3, z^3)}}}
{{{(xy*root(3, z^2))/z}}}
And we're done!
