Question 407506
I'll get you started by setting up the equations.

Let x and y be your two unknown numbers.

So if "the sum of two numbers is 70", then this means that {{{x+y=70}}} (ie add x and y, your two unknown numbers, to get 70)

Also, if "the difference between these numbers is 24", then {{{x-y=24}}}. Note: this implies that x is the larger number (ie {{{x>y}}}). Basically subtract y from x to get the difference of 24.

So you now have the system of equations

{{{system(x+y=70,x-y=24)}}}

Let me know if this is enough to get started.
