Question 42719
For the functions
f(x) = 3x + k and g(x) = x - 4/3
we plug them into
f(g(x)) = g(f(x))
and find the k that makes them equal...so we get
f(x - 4/3) = g(3x + k)
3(x - 4/3) + k = 3x + k - 4/3
3x - 4 + k = 3x + k - 4/3
-4 = -4/3
There is no solution.
