Hi,  previously posted
Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
  where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
  y = (1/2)x  y-intercept is (0,0) slope of the line m =1/2
Note: slope tells us as y value changes by 1, x value changes by 2
