Hi,
Using the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line y = mx + b
 where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
Using the point-slope formula, {{{m =(y[2] - y[1])/(x[2] - x[1])}}} to determine the slope
(2,3) and (4,-2)
 m = -2-3  / 4-2  = -5/2
y = (-5/2)x + b  Using ordered pair pt(2,3) to solve for b
3 = -5 + b
8 = b
y = (-5/2)x + 8
