so she does 1/8 of the job in 1 hour 
together can complete the job in 3 hours. 
So they do 1/3 of the job in 1 hour
..
1/3-1/8 = job done by Victoria in 1 hour
(8-3)/24 
=5/24 
So Victoria will take 24/5 hours to do the job
=4.8 hours
