Use the idea that {{{x^(-k)=1/x^k}}} (where 'k' is some positive number) to get



{{{(8x)^(-2)=1/(8x)^2=1/(64x^2)}}}



So {{{(8x)^(-2)=1/(64x^2)}}} where {{{x<>0}}}
