I need to find the zeros of this function: 
h=-16t^2+3.5t

Solve -16t^2+3.5t = 0
Factor:
-t(16t+3.5) = 0
-t = 0 or 16t+3.5 = 0
t = 0 or t = -3.5/16
Those are the zeros.
