If the diameter is 6, then the radius is half of that, which is 3.  So the area is {{{pi*3^2=9*pi}}}, and the circumference is {{{pi*6}}}, or {{{6*pi}}}.  To add these, we have {{{9*pi+6*pi=15*pi}}}
