I have to put these fractions in order from greatest to least: 
2 2/3, 2 6/11, 2 5/9, 2 1/2 
Not sure how to do it. Do I need to find the LCD and if so how do I figure it out?

LCD of 3,11,9,2

LCD = 2*9*11 = 198

2 = 396/198

2 6/11 = 28/11 = (2*9*28)/198 = 504/198
---
2 5/9 = 23/9 = (2*11*23)/198 = 506/198
---
2 1/2 = 5/2 = (9*11*5)/198 = 495/198
