With this 4x^2+4=x we want to subtract x from both sides to get:
4x^2-x+4=0
Now use quadratic Formula:

Plug in the values:
{{{x = (+1 +- sqrt( 1-4*4*4 ))/(2*4) }}}
This gives us:
1+-sqrt-63/8
(1+-isqrt63)/8
