Personally what I would do it find all of the similar powers and combine them. For example, I would combine 3/4x^2 and 1/4^2 to make "x^2." (3/4 + 1/4 = 4/4 =1.)

We would also combine 27x and 31x. (27+31=58)

Combine 45 and 60 (45+60=105)

After combining the exponents, we should have something like this:

{{{x^2+58x+105}}}
