Collect like terms.


Add *[tex \Large k] and *[tex \Large -4k] in the RHS.  Then add the opposite of that sum to both sides, collecting terms as you go.  Add the opposite of 20 to both sides.  Divide by the coefficient on the consolidated *[tex \Large k] term.
