{{{3x/x^2-2/x^2}}} Multiply the first fraction by {{{x/x}}} to get that denominator equal to the LCD {{{x^2}}}



{{{(3x-2)/x^2}}} Subtract the fractions.



So {{{9/3x-4/2x^2=(3x-2)/x^2}}}
