Take each value of the domain set and replace *[tex \Large x].  Each time, do the arithmetic to calculate the resulting value of *[tex \Large y] and then create an ordered pair *[tex \Large \left(x,\,y\right)] where *[tex \Large x] is the value selected from the domain and *[tex \Large y] is the value calculated.  At the end you will have a set of five ordered pairs that represents the given linear function.
