Question 345177
<font face=”Garamond” size=”+2”>

Go back to 2nd grade when you learned integer division. That's the sort where you would get a quotient and a remainder.

Change the $2.69 into 269¢. Divide 269 by 25. The quotient is the number of quarters. Divide the remainder by 10. That quotient is the number of dimes. Divide the remainder by 5. That quotient is the number of nickels. The remainder is the number of pennies.
