Question 342484
Simply subtract 1 from all sides to go from {{{3<x+1<6}}} to {{{3-1<x<6-1}}} and then combine like terms to get {{{2<x<5}}}

So the solution is {{{2<x<5}}} (ie x is between 2 and 5, but it is NOT equal to either 2 or 5)
