Question 341100
 so if angle T and angle U are complementary, find the measure of angle T and angle U if the measure of angle T is 16x-9 and the measure of angle U is 4x+3.
---------------------------------------------------
Equation:
T + U = 90 degrees
----
16x-9 + 4x+3 = 90
20x - 6 = 90
20x = 96
x = 96/20
x = 24/5
x = 4.8
----
T = 16x-9 = 16(4.8)-9 = 67.8 degrees
U = 4x+3 = 4(4.8)+3 = 22.2 degrees
