Question 336921
there are a total of 5 angles 3 acute 1 right and 1 obtuse.
one angle is selected at random and then replaced.
a second angle is rendomly selected ( thus making it possible for the same angle to be selected twice).
What is the probability that both angles selected are acute?
----------------------
P(select acute angle) = 3/5
----
Replacement makes the selections independent.
---
P(2 acute) = (3/5)(3/5) = 9/25
