Question 336800
Use the idea that {{{(x^(y))/(x^(z))=x^(y-z)}}} to get

{{{(x^(-4))/(x^7)=x^(-4-7)=x^(-11)}}}

Now flip the base to make the exponent positive to get {{{x^(-11)=1/x^11}}}

So {{{(x^(-4))/(x^7)=1/x^11}}}
