Question 38455
What ever you do don't give up, everything is difficult before it is easy!

Slope of a line= {{{(y[1]-y[2])/x[1]-x[2])}}}
So:

Slope:       {{{m = (((-2) - 3)/(4 - (-1))) = -1}}}

y-intercept: {{{b = 3 - -1*-1 = 2}}}

Equation:   {{{y = -1 x   +   2}}}
