Question 332304
<font face="Garamond" size="+2">

The number of days in 4 weeks is not properly communicated with an algebraic expression. A week is a constant that consists of 7 days, so the number of days in 4 weeks is the arithmetic expression *[tex \LARGE 4\ \times\ 7].

Now, if you had a variable number of weeks, say, *[tex \LARGE w] weeks, then the number of days in *[tex \LARGE w] weeks would be expressed with the algebraic expression *[tex \LARGE 7w]. On the other hand if you had a variable *[tex \LARGE d] that represented the number of days in some variable time period, then *[tex \LARGE 4d] would be the algebraic expression that represented the number of days in four of those time periods.

*[tex \LARGE e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0]
My calculator said it, I believe it, that settles it
