Question 329116
Every quadratic equation of the form {{{ax^2+bx+c=0}}} can be solved using the quadratic formula,
{{{x = (-b +- sqrt( b^2-4*a*c ))/(2*a) }}}
Some can be factored, some are easy to complete the square, but every quadratic equation can be solved with the quadratic formula.
That's usually the place to start when you don't know where to start.
