The product of a pair of conjugates, *[tex \Large (x\ -\ a)(x\ +\ a)], is always the difference of two squares: *[tex \Large x^2\ -\ a^2].

So you have *[tex \Large (x^2\ -\ 1)(x^2\ -\ 9)]

Now just apply FOIL to the two quadratic binomials.
