A polynomial function has a zero *[tex \Large \alpha] if and only if *[tex \Large x\ -\ \alpha] is a factor of the polynomial.

Hence:

*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ (x\ -\ (-2))(x\ -\ 2)(x\ -\ (-3))\ =\ (x\ +\ 2)(x\ -\ 2)(x\ +\ 3)\ =\ 0]

Just multiply it out to get your polynomial.
