By definition the smallest prime is 2.  Hence none of the negative integers on the interval *[tex \LARGE \left[-4,20\right]] are prime, nor are the integers 0 and 1.  Therefore, by enumeration the primes less than 20 are:


*[tex \LARGE \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19]


You can count them as well as I can.
