If it's a triangle, you need to draw a line from the vertex (the highest point formed at the top) to the base. That will make 2 smaller right triangles inside the big triangle. You should have at least 1 or 2 measurements you can work with. From there, you use the Pythagorean Theorem to solve for the side that is the height or altitude of your big triangle. You can also figure out the vertex if you know the area of the big triangle using: Area = 1/2 times base times height.
