Question 313285
This line has a slope of m=-3/2. There are infinitely many lines that are perpendicular to this, but they all must have a slope that is the negative reciprocal of -3/2. That is, the slope of a perpendicular line must be m=2/3.

The answer would be any line in the form {{{y=(2/3)x+k}}}, where k is any real number.
