Your question is not clear.  Are you giving that the radius is 4 units, and you want to find the Circumference C???  If so, the formula for Circumference is 
{{{C= 2*pi* r}}}
{{{C = 2* pi * 4}}}
{{{C = 8*pi}}} units.
