Please help me solve this inequality: 
R=-0.075t + 3.85 this formula is used to figure on the 1500 meter run to see t years after 1930 how many times the world record will be less 
than 3.7 min.

Maybe you meant R(t) < -0.075t + 3.85

Solve 3.7 < -0.075+3.85
0.075t < 3.85-3.7
0.075t < 0.15
t < 2
