Question 295631
Why is it sufficient to define a quadratic function, f(x) = ax2 + bx + c in terms of a, b, and c?
-------------
To plot points of this relation the only
unknown quantity is "x". But x is an
independent variable, so it can be given
any Real Number value. Once you choose
a value of "x" the value of y can be gotten
by properly applying a, b, and c.
