Question 34135
Remember your rules of exponents in relation to the base being in the numerator versus denominator!!!

Also, remember when you multiply two numbers with like bases what you do with the exponents!!!

Remember that 1/x = x^(-1), and ...   (1/x)^(a/B) = (x)^(-a/B)...

For instance...

if x=2, then 1/2 = 2^(-1)  and  if a=2, and B=7, then we have

{{{ (1/2)^(2/7) }}} = {{{ (2)^(-2/7) }}}

I WON'T solve this easy problem but I will help you look at it a different way if this doesn't help.
