YOu have a great start to the problem but the application of the power needs some review. 

You are correct in placing x(-3a-2) on the bottom of the fraction.  You then change the power -4 to 4 because you found the inverse by moving the quantity to the bottom.

1/(x(-3a-2)^4 is in simplest form.
