Question 33455
Volume of Cubeoid = x*y*z where x,y and Z are the dimensions of cubeiod
Volume of cylinder : {{{(pi)*(r^2)*(h)}}}  where r = radii and h  =height

A square pyramid is a pyramid with a square base. It is a pentahedron.
Its volume is given as v = {{{(1/3)*(x^2)*h}}} where x = length of the side of square base and h = height of the pyramid

Ok it was me who posted the formulas. I thought you need to do the working for yourself which may help you but since you want to know the correct way here iam solving them for you

volume of rectangular solid 15.7 cm by 2 cm by 3 cm
V = x*y*z
V = (15.7)(2)(3)= 94.2 cubic centimeters

Volume of cylinder = {{{(pi)*(r^2)*(h)}}}

given:
diameter of 14ft and whose height is 23ft
d = 14ft
2*r = 14ft
r = 14/2 = 7ft

so V =  {{{(pi)*(7^2)*(23)}}} = 3538.78 cubic ft (pi =3.14)

 v = {{{(1/3)*(x^2)*h}}} is the volume of square pyramid
x = 12 cm and h = 12cm
V  = {{{(1/3)*(12^2)*12}}} = 576 cubic cm

Hope this helps.. Try to substitute those values and verify my solving and see if you got the same answers
