What two lines?  You've only given us an inequality.
A line is represented by an equation, not an inequality.
So there would have to be two equations, one for each line.


I thought maybe you meant the line represented by setting 
each side equal to y.

y=7x-26
and
y=3(3x-2) 

But you couldn't have meant that because those two 
lines would intersect at (-10,-96), which is not any of
your choices.

Please repost copying the entire set of instructions, because
what you have posted makes no sense, and there is no way
we can help you until we know the instructions of what you are
to do so we can help you with it.
