Question 258953
Some would say 2.0 and other s would say 2.1.
The question is because of the 5 in the hundredths place.
Here is one set of rules that says to round up to 2.1
Rules for rounding decimals.
1. Retain the correct number of decimal places (e.g. 3 for thousandths, 0 for whole numbers)
2. If the next decimal place value is 5 or more, increase the value in the last retained decimal place by 1.

Another says:
To round off decimals:

   1. Find the place value you want (the "rounding digit") and look at the digit just to the right of it.
   2. If that digit is less than 5, do not change the rounding digit but drop all digits to the right of it.
   3. If that digit is greater than or equal to five, add one to the rounding digit and drop all digits to the right of it.

Some say round up if the previous ( our 0 ) is even down if odd which would be 2.1 in this case

So all are agreed that in this case round up to 2.1
