The Least Common Denominator is r(r-5)
Convert each fraction so each has that as its denominator, as follows:

[2(r-5])/ [r(r-5)] +[9r]/[r(r-r)]

Simplify the numerators of each fraction and write the 
result over the Least Common Denominator, as follows:

[2r-10 + 9r]/[r(r-5)]
Simplify again:

[11r-10]/[r(r-5)]
