Since the slope of this line is -3.  You need to find the slope of a perpendicular line.  If you have a slope of {{{a/b}}} then the slope of a line perpendicular to this is {{{-b/a}}}.   You simply change the sign and flip the number to get the slope of a perpendicular line.
