I'm not sure what we're supposed to do with this equation. All I can think of is to graph it.<br>
The {{{(x-pi)}}} means the graph is shifted to the right by {{{pi}}} units. However, since the period of the tan function is {{{pi}}} there will be no visible difference in the graph due to this shift.<br>
The +1 means the graph will be the graph of tan(x) shifted up by 1.<br>
