My problems is as follows: 


{{{x + 1/2 = 5/6}}}


Subtract {{{1/2}}} from both sides of the equation


{{{x+1/2-1/2=5/6-1/2}}}


{{{x=5/6-3/6}}}



{{{x=2/6=1/3}}}


ANSWER:  {{{x=1/3}}}
