NO!  You went TOO FAR, and you broke the LAW of MATH!!


You can multiply 1/5*1/2*3*40--these are all numbers in a product, and the result is 1/10*3*40 = 1/10*120= 12.  HOWEVER, when it comes to multiplying times (s+7)^2/3, the Distributive Property does NOT apply because of the exponent 2/3.  The final answer is 12(s+7)^2/3.  You can't go any farther with this!!
