Step 1.  {{{speed= distance/time = 36/(2/3)=108/2=54}}} km/hr


Step 2.  {{{time=distance/speed= 136/54=  68/27 = 2.5185}}} hours


Step 3.  ANSWER is 2.5185 hours.
