Step 1.  First look for common factors in the numbers:  30, -76, and 48 or 

30=2*3*5, -76=-2*2*19, and 48=2*2*2*2*3. The common factor among the numbers is 2.


Step 2.  Look at the variable x and the common factor is the x.


Step 3.  ANSWER:  {{{30x^3-76x^2+48x=2x(15x^2-38x+24)}}}
