As your problem does not say anything about any restriction, I assume that any combination is possible, like 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. 

It would seem that the only choices are bedrooms and bathrooms and the garage is not a choice, that is there can be only one. In this case there is six possibilities -- from three choices of bathrooms multiplied by two choices of restrooms. If it is possible to not have a garage, you have to multiply that number (six) by two for each possibility of garage or no garage.
