Question 216390
Graph the inequality {{{3x-2y>9}}}

Step 1. Let's put the inequality as a slope-intercept form given as y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept when x=0 or at point (0,b).

Step 2. Add 2y-9 to both sides of the inequality to yield

{{{3x-2y+2y-9=9+2y-9}}}

{{{3x-9>2y}}}

Step 3. Divide 2 to both sides of the inequality

{{{3x/2-9/2>y}}} or {{{y<3x/2-9}}}

*[invoke plot_any_inequality "y < 2x+2", -10, 10, -10, 10, 300, 300]

I hope the above steps and explanation were helpful.
