Ans: (12 1/2)(10 1/3) = 120 + 4 + 5 + 1/6 = 129 1/6 sq. ft.

Ans: 5" x 5" = (5/12)(5/12) = 25/144 sq. ft.

= 31*24 = 744 tiles
