Question 211906
{{{(x-3)/2+(3/2)=5x}}}

Step 1. Multiply by 2 to both sides of equation to get rid of denominator

{{{2(x-3)/2+(2*3)/2=2*5x}}}

{{{x-3+6=10x}}}

{{{x+3=10x}}}

Step 2. Add -x to both sides to get x terms on one side and numbers on the other side.

{{{x+3-x=10x-x}}}

{{{3=9x}}}

Step 3. Divide by 9 to both sides to solve for x.

{{{3/9=9x/9}}}

{{{1/3=x}}}

{{{x=1/3}}}

Step 4.  Answer is x=1/3

I hope the above steps were helpful.

And good luck in your studies!

Respectfully,
Dr J
